Subject: Fuel Problem

Zdoc-

It appears that the conservation vent valve was stuck causing a partial vacuum in the fuel system. I forced Berryman's ChemTool in the valve and I believe the check ball is now free. After working on the valve, I was unable to reproduce the fuel starvation condition. I am planning on replacing the valve this weekend.

I replaced all the non-formed fuel hoses with VW fuel hoses. The formed hoses were replaced with factory hoses.
